Hormone replacement for women
Perimenopause and menopause care. Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone where indicated. We tailor the route to your physiology: patch, gel, oral or pellet. Comprehensive labs first, always.
Salamat Clinic sees patients across all of New Jersey by video. Hormone replacement, testosterone therapy, medical weight loss and longevity consultations — the same physician-led care we practise in Atlantic City, delivered wherever you are.
Most online hormone and weight loss services work like this: you fill in a form, an algorithm scores it, and a clinician you will never speak to again signs a prescription. It is fast. It is not medicine.
New Jersey law is clear on the point — a prescription may not be issued based solely on the responses provided in an online questionnaire. We agree with the law. Every Salamat telehealth patient has a real consultation, with a real physician, working from real laboratory data.
You will speak to Dr. Panah. You will speak to him again at your follow-up. And if telehealth is not the right setting for your problem, we will tell you so.
Perimenopause and menopause care. Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone where indicated. We tailor the route to your physiology: patch, gel, oral or pellet. Comprehensive labs first, always.
Full hormonal panel, metabolic screen and prostate-safety workup before any therapy begins, with hematocrit and estradiol monitoring built into every follow-up.
Physician-led GLP-1 programmes where clinically appropriate, with metabolic labs, dose titration and muscle-preservation strategy.
Root-cause review of your labs, medications and metabolic picture, translated into a plan you can actually follow.
Choose a telehealth slot. No account required to book.
We send your order electronically to a laboratory near you — there are patient service centres throughout New Jersey — or arrange a phlebotomist to visit your home. Hormone panels are drawn in the morning for accuracy.
A 30-minute video visit with Dr. Panah, reviewing your results, your history and your goals. You leave with a written plan.
Prescriptions go to the pharmacy of your choice, so your own benefit applies. Follow-up is scheduled before you log off.
National telehealth companies cannot examine you, cannot scan you, and cannot see you if something goes wrong. We can.
Federal rules governing telehealth prescribing of certain medications are expected to require a periodic in-person visit. We are built for that. Most online-only services are not.
We accept PPO and Medicare plans from Aetna, AmeriHealth, Horizon and UnitedHealthcare, including Clover Medicare and Humana Medicare.
We do not accept HMO plans, because we work alongside your primary care physician rather than replacing them.
If you have an HMO you are welcome as a self-pay patient — $250 for an initial evaluation, $150 for a follow-up — and we will still send your laboratory orders through your insurance.
Elective and wellness services are not covered by any insurer. Those are self-pay, and every rate is published on our pricing page.
We hold virtual visits to the same standard of care as in-person ones. Some things need a room.
If your situation falls into one of these, we will say so and direct you appropriately. Telehealth is a setting, not a shortcut.
Dr. Panah is licensed in the State of New Jersey and sees telehealth patients statewide, including Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Union, Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, Mercer, Ocean, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland and Salem counties.
Patients within reach of the Jersey Shore are welcome to combine virtual visits with in-person care at our Atlantic City clinic.
Yes. Salamat Clinic provides physician-led hormone replacement and testosterone replacement therapy by video to patients throughout New Jersey, calibrated from comprehensive laboratory work. Dr. Abdullah Panah is licensed in New Jersey and personally conducts every consultation.
A prescription is only ever issued when it is clinically appropriate, after a consultation and a review of your laboratory results. We do not prescribe from a questionnaire, and New Jersey law does not permit it. Some medications carry additional federal requirements, which we will explain during your visit.
We send your order electronically to a national laboratory with patient service centres across New Jersey, so you can walk into one near you. For patients who prefer it, we can arrange a phlebotomist to visit your home for an additional fee.
