Botox and Xeomin in Atlantic City

Physician-injected neuromodulator and dermal filler, priced by area and published in full. We treat the face as anatomy, not as a list of lines.

Who injects

A physician, every time.

Every injection at Salamat is performed by Dr. Abdullah Panah, DO. Nothing is handed off to an aesthetician or an unsupervised nurse.

We start from anatomy. Before any dose is chosen, we look at how each muscle pulls, where it attaches, and how it balances the muscles around it. Treating one line without considering its neighbours is how faces end up looking surprised or heavy.

Why Xeomin

The same effect, fewer extras.

Xeomin is botulinum toxin type A, the same active molecule as Botox. The difference is that Xeomin contains no complexing proteins, the extra proteins that surround the toxin in other products.

Those proteins don't add to the effect. Removing them is intended to lower the chance of your immune system forming antibodies over years of treatment. Dosing is 1:1 with Botox, so you receive an equivalent amount.

Healthy, hydrated skin first. Everything else sits on top of it.

Frequently asked

Botox & Xeomin questions.

How much does Botox cost in Atlantic City?

We price by treatment area, not by unit. Xeomin for upper face areas is $450 to $900, lower face and detail areas $225 to $675, and contouring $850 to $1,650. The aesthetics consultation is $200 and is fully credited toward any treatment you book. Your final cost is set at consultation based on the areas treated and the amount of product required.

How long does it last?

Most people see the effect begin within a few days, with the full result at about two weeks. It usually lasts around three to four months, after which the muscle gradually returns to normal movement.

Will I look frozen?

That is not the goal. We dose to soften the movement that creates a line, not to stop every expression. We would rather start conservatively and add at your two-week review than overshoot.

Xeomin vs Botox — what's the difference?

Both are botulinum toxin type A and work the same way. Xeomin is purified to remove the complexing proteins that surround the toxin in Botox. Units are dosed 1:1, so the amount you receive is equivalent. We use Xeomin to reduce the chance of your body developing antibodies to the toxin over years of treatment.

What is the downtime?

Very little. You may have small bumps at the injection points for 20 to 30 minutes and, occasionally, a small bruise. Stay upright for four hours, and avoid rubbing the area and strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.

Who injects?

Every treatment is performed by a physician, Dr. Abdullah Panah, DO. Injections are never delegated to an aesthetician or an unsupervised nurse.

What is microbotox?

Microbotox places a highly diluted neurotoxin into the skin itself rather than the muscle, to reduce oil, refine the look of pores and improve texture. Your expression is preserved. It is priced per session, $450 to $1,450.
