What does an epigenetic age test measure?
Chemical tags on your DNA, called methylation, that change with age. An algorithm uses them to estimate biological age.
Your birth certificate gives one age. Epigenetic testing estimates another, based on patterns in your DNA.
It is interesting and trackable. It also has real limits, and we are upfront about them.
Epigenetic age tests are not validated to guide individual clinical decisions. We use them as a trackable marker over time, not as a diagnosis, and no treatment here is prescribed on the basis of one.

A biological age compared with your calendar age.
A diagnosis, or a basis for prescribing treatment.
