Replace what time took.

Hyaluronic acid filler is a tool for sustaining natural youth — not for creating caricatures, oversized lips, or distorted cheekbones. Our philosophy is simple: replace what time has taken, and stop there.

Where we place it

Treated areas.

Patients should look more rested, more themselves, more youthful — without anyone being able to tell they had work done. If your friends notice the filler before they notice you, the injector failed.

Lip filler

Subtle hydration and shape — never overfilled. The goal is your lips on a great day, not someone else's lips on yours.

Cheek

Midface support that lifts the lower face and restores the natural youthful triangle without changing your features.

Jawline

Sharpens and defines the lower face, restoring a more youthful mandibular border.

Chin

Improves projection and balance in profile without changing your underlying features.

Temple

Replaces volume lost to aging so the upper face no longer looks gaunt or sunken.

Tear trough

Softens dark under-eye hollows so you look rested — not pulled or puffy.

Marionette / nasolabial

Replaces lost structural support around the mouth to soften the lines that make a face look tired.

Forehead

Smooths deeper static lines and restores subtle convexity to a hollowed brow.

Galderma & RHA — per syringe

Filler pricing.

We use only Galderma and RHA products. RHA is the only hyaluronic acid collection FDA-approved for dynamic wrinkles and folds — the parts of your face that actually move — which is why the results look like you rather than like filler.

Most areas take one to two syringes — cheeks and jawline often need two. $150 off each additional syringe placed in the same visit. Restylane® Eyelight™ is supplied in a 0.5 mL syringe. Your two-week follow-up assessment carries no charge. Ask about our Founding Model discount during your appointment.

Tear trough · physician-only

Under-eye rejuvenation.

The under-eye is the most technically demanding region in injectable aesthetics, so every tear-trough treatment is performed by Dr. Panah using Restylane® Eyelight™ — the only filler approved in the United States for this area — at $850 per 0.5 mL syringe. Treatment requires a consultation to confirm candidacy; significant under-eye puffiness or fluid retention may warrant a different approach. Results typically last 12–18 months and remain adjustable, since the product is fully reversible.

Frequently asked

Filler questions.

How much does lip filler or dermal filler cost?

Hyaluronic acid filler is priced per syringe: RHA® 2 lips $825, Restylane® Kysse $725, RHA® Redensity $775, Restylane® Eyelight™ for the tear trough $850, and $800–$975 for contour and structure products. $150 off each additional syringe placed in the same visit.

Which filler brands do you use?

We use Galderma and RHA products exclusively. RHA is the only hyaluronic acid collection FDA-approved for dynamic wrinkles and folds, and Galderma makes Restylane® Eyelight™, the only filler approved in the United States for the tear trough. We would rather carry two lines we believe in than every line available.

Will filler make me look overdone?

Not the way we use it. Filler here is a tool for sustaining natural youth, not for creating caricatures, oversized lips, or distorted cheekbones. We replace what time has taken, and stop there.

Is filler reversible?

Yes. Every filler we use is hyaluronic acid based and reversible with hyaluronidase, which we keep on site.

How long does filler last?

Most areas hold for nine to eighteen months depending on the product and the area. Tear trough results typically last twelve to eighteen months and remain adjustable.
